No, it's not. The picture was posted as proof that SC should have known he got extra benefits. The cover picture was not printed till AFTER Bush left SC, so it means nothing.

However, the compliance dept at SC was negligent for not following up on Bush’s information sheet on the car which was incomplete. I acknowledge that.

Now, compare the sanctions put on SC, where neither the school nor its boosters provided any benefits, to Notre Dame where a booster embezzled over a million dollars and spent most of it on players, or to Oklahoma where a major booster paid two players not to work, or to Florida State where staff aided and abetted academic fraud with over 60 athletes in 10 different sports.
