You were saying ...

Tell him they will cut body parts off until they find her.

The Aruban authorities don't want van der Sloot and the Peruvian authorities have already got their Stephany Flores case "all wrapped up" and they don't care about the Natalee Holloway case ... so who is going to do the "cutting"? ... LOL ...

I have a better offer...tell us where the body is or you go in the general population where your life expectancy is about 24 hours.

“Van der Sloot, who reportedly fears for his safety inside the infamous Miguel Castro Castro prison, said he will disclose information about Holloway's remains on condition that he be transferred to his native Aruba.”

No sympathy here.

“Guardia told the AP in an interview that the 6-foot-3 Van der Sloot impressed investigators with both his intelligence and brutality.”

...

“He is cold, calculating and cynical,” Canlla said.

Yes, Urine, impress those at Miguel Castro Castro prison with that. Instead of picking on defenseless less little girls, try out the BIG BOYS. Have some KY handy too! You will be someones girl in no time. Who knows how long you will be breathing in there.

...

“Van der Sloot was told he would get $225,000 once the body was found, Dietl said. According to the affidavit, Van der Sloot insisted that a written contract be signed between him and Twitty.”

I am not impressed with his “intelligence” or his cowardliness through brutality. You're toast, Urine. Laws will not change to accommodate your twisted, ego.

If they allow Urine to go to Aruba, they will NOT send Urine back to Peru.

That is a known fact.

Believing it was closing in on Van der Sloot, the FBI videotaped and allowed him to be paid $25,000 in a sting operation in Aruba last month. But it held off on arresting him, and he took the money and flew to Peru.

Our FBI is obviously run by friggin’ geniuses and now another girl is dead. WTG Obama!

Go ahead and transfer his ass to Aruba. Then extradite his ass to Birmingham Jail. He will love it.

I’m liking the “he won’t last” part of your plan.

I agree BTW.

It’s the aggravated robbery that gets life and murder means the robbery was aggravated.

According to Peruvian laws, the penalty for homicide ranges between 15 to 35 years imprisonment, depending on the circumstances.

However, attorney Julio Rodriguez told RPP Radio that Peru’s penal code considers life imprisonment for aggravated robbery when it ends up in a death due to the use of violence.

They should agree to transfer him to Aruban prison then have him show where the body is and then transport him back to Peru shortly thereafter to serve his sentence there pending a future trial in Aruba.

Peru: Van der Sloot put in isolated cell, reportedly ‘scared and depressed’

LivinginPeru.com
Isabel Guerra

Joran van der Sloot, charged with first-degree murder and robbery, is reportedly “scared and depressed,” in his jail, according to local dailies Peru21 and Trome.

“He does not have access to anything. He may have thought he was going to arrive to a golden prison. He has slept on a matress on the floor,” say local press reports.

The cell where he is jailed is the former punishment cell, known as “the tin,” which is isolated from the other wards and is located near the prevention area, where the only ones who can access are the Director of the prison and the agents.

The cell is 3x2.5m, and is equipped with a basic latrine and lavatory.

Since he fears for his life, by the moment he is not being given the same meals as the other inmates, but the ones that the prison’s workers have while on duty.

I was referring more to our ‘elected’ officials.

I have been a ‘government’ employee myself.

No, it was your reference to them in our government at any level that hit me, even if I did misunderstand. The idea of them there chagrins me.

Look, while most of us recognize the problems of too many people employed by the government, there are positions that are honorable and necessary.

Take care.

the Peruvians better not let this sociopath pull another fast one...he's already recanting his first confession, and how many confessions has he recanted about Natalie?...

here's a plan....allow Aruban officials into the Peruvian jail , where they can sit and talk with their favorite son Joran, with Peruvian officials in the room, with the video tape running....IF Joran confesses to Natalies murder and IF they find the body of Natalie exactly where Joran says it is, THEN they can try Joran, and have him serve his time in Aruba....

my hope is that he would be released by the crooked Arubans and then some distraught male relative extracts real justice...
