well, not really. My sphincter muscle just went on a looonnngggg vacation. I've not got a good digestive system and it reacts ‘interestingly’ with some plants and minerals. Just one long highway, in and out.

We tried building, 1/2 tsp was as small as I went. But I'm in my car 6 hours a day without access to facilities. Depends was my next option.
