The “only 10% of the brain” thing is not true. But the reality is far more impressive.
The brain is like cloud lightning. If you’ve ever seen it, deep, rolling clouds with lighting flashing within them, the light diffused by the clouds.

Actually, that statistic is BS. We use much more of our brain for involuntary functions, like balance and vision. It is also unclear how much we really use for memory.
