Wow, I want one. The Henry Big Boy is heavier than it needs to be (but still a made-in-America beauty). Hopefully the shorter barreled versions of this ‘73 will be nice and light. 44-40 is okay but 44 mag will make this gun much more flexible and able to produce clean kills on deer, boar, and bad guys.
My .45-70 Handi- Rifle and .45-70 Springfield 1884 will hit you like a ton of bricks .
