Irrespective of her religious practices, if she (it) should be found guilty in court, I suspect her (its) religious teachings were the furthest thing from her (its) mind.
For example; Timothy McVeigh was not a Christian in any sense of the term. Likewise, Christians obviously should be held responsible for the actions of crazy people like Timothy McVeigh.
