I've lost friends and even some family members because I'm a conservative, something considered unforgivable when you're a black man.

You and I are hoeing the same row, my friend. As black conservatives, we've got double duty.

My uber lib brother recently called me a "traitor" because of my conservative views. He and other deeply liberal family members have slowly dropped off my lines over my politics, but I refuse to moderate who I am, or what I stand for because of that.

These are grown people who refuse to take the responsibility to educate themselves. They also refuse any attempt on my part to fill in the gaps in their political education.

So be it. When the inevitable Reckoning arrives, I know that I will be on the right side of the fight, and will have a place in a restored America. They will be left with nothing but the horror of their grave mistake.

Hello my FRiend. I won’t go into detail of how family treats me because it sounds as though you’ve lived the same experience. I will just say that I have been verbally attacked by upwards of a dozen angry family members and, armed with facts, I won every debate. This resulted in some calling me traitor, house negro, Uncle Tom, etc. So be it. I can take a position and defend it. Those who supported B. Hussein Obama could not give one reason why they did other than the fact that he is black.

Currently, I have 2 family members who don’t speak to me and several who will but seem to have made it their life’s missions to talk trash about me. Again, so be it. I am right and I know it. Obama may be black but he is one of the worst things to happen to this country in my lifetime.
