"LOL!!! You should see how tiny this little overload is!!: "
" John Varley's "In Fading Suns and Dying Moons" is the story of an unstoppable line of alien beings, humanoid and apparently holding hands, are sweeping across the country, and ultimately, the planet. They are harvesting the world's butterflies, and moths, for some unknown reason. Dr. Richard Lewis, an insect expert, is called upon to see if he can figure out why they are doing this. Slowly, with the help of other people (including a mathematical specialist), what these aliens are doing dawns on them, with possibly horrific consequences.
Let it GO!!! For ALL our sakes. Let it go NOW!!!!

Beautiful. We can get hummingbirds down here, but we have to be careful and put the feeders away. I’ve been told they will overheat down in in Florida. I don’t know if it’s true or not, but I don’t want to kill any of those jewels.

I'll tell him. A couple of beers and he'll settle down.
But if his cousin comes around, lock the doors and get your gun.

Okay - I usually don’t use all caps, but HOLY MOTHER OF GOD!!! Where did that “moth” come from!?!?
To: EternalVigilance
That’s the moth - but it looks like it had a nose job!
To: Dooderbutt
Wow! That is awesome! I had a very large beautifully colored moth land on the outside of my breakfast nook window. He stayed there for a couple of days. It was just beautiful. My grandkids would sit and watch it for hours.
