We now can peek inside the Sunset Beach home that Sandra Bullock and Jesse James shared before their break-up following his infamous affair. The 2-story, oceanfront house is on the market for $6,750,000, says Realtor Chuck Buscemi, the listing agent. Highlights: The house, on a 40-foot by 90-foot corner lot, was remodeled from the ground up in 2002. The home has 4 bedrooms with in-suite baths plus a powder room and a large media room. There’s a glass-enclosed swimming pool with ambient mood lighting. The master bath shower has glass walls, for ocean views.

You could have alot more than 50 acres. I have forty and a house and paid 80,000 in 1998. That kind of money would buy you several thousands of acres with ponds etc. and lake front property. Probably have a 20,000 square foot home also.
I hope they do too! That place is fantastic. The views alone would put me in a good mood.

Everybody in California pays according to the amount THEY paid, adjusted up by no more than 2% per year.

Not a problem. More likely you hear crashing surf.
I sold a smaller, older place not on the sand a few blocks away last year (I am a real estate broker in the nearby area).
Too bad she doesn’t just stay, in such a great location. Money isn’t a problem for her.
I know people that knew or knew of Jesse, and this whole episode was predictable.
