We now can peek inside the Sunset Beach home that Sandra Bullock and Jesse James shared before their break-up following his infamous affair. The 2-story, oceanfront house is on the market for $6,750,000, says Realtor Chuck Buscemi, the listing agent. Highlights: The house, on a 40-foot by 90-foot corner lot, was remodeled from the ground up in 2002. The home has 4 bedrooms with in-suite baths plus a powder room and a large media room. Theres a glass-enclosed swimming pool with ambient mood lighting. The master bath shower has glass walls, for ocean views.
A 3-car garage has a built-in tool crib and space for an extra car or workshop. As you might expect, the home has a state of the art surveillance system with multiple security cameras, professional quality video and audio systems throughout.
The Realtors description: Security gated curved stone path with fountain and lush landscaping leads to the custom oversized double door and dramatic step-up entry. The great room offers unique Canterra stone floors, crown molded/coved-grid ceilings, custom fireplace, dining area and gourmet kitchen; featuring slab granite counters, custom solid raised-panel maple cabinetry, walk-in pantry, and premium Viking stainless appliances.

Some sucker will buy it, though.
They need to pay more in taxes.
40 x 90? Sounds really small

I pity them.
Only 20 mil for that Corona del Mar house? /s
You’re not kidding. The views alone are incredible.
The damned pool would take up more than 40’ by 90’
Ah yes, that one is more to my liking.
They probably pay CA taxes by the foot.
For that kind of money I would prefer 50 acres in the country with a ten acre spring-fed lake.
Nice, Al, but look at the bird’s eye view. The place is cheek to jowl with what looks like a condo building on one side and another large house on the other side, both so close you’d have to have sound proofing. Beautiful view, though.
Exactly what I have, except I only have an acre-sized spring fed pond, but we love it.
Nothing grand, just an old farm, but it's heaven on earth. Plus I have a great husband, wonderful vegetable gardens, no staff to pay, just dogs, cats, birds and koi to feed.
Apparently however, it lacked a "Skank Detector".
Sorry Matthew McConaughey!!!
We have a modest 3 acres with two dogs and a koi pond. I retired last thursday and am looking into building an aquaponics system and a greenhouse to grow vegetables.
She should have paid. She has ‘more than enough’ as the socialists like to say.
