Pretty boring, and looks high maintenance - and small. 6.5 mill? Hah!
Some sucker will buy it, though.

# The house, on a 40-foot by 90-foot corner lot, was remodeled from the ground up in 2002. # The home has 4 bedrooms with in-suite baths plus a powder room and a large media room.
# Theres a glass-enclosed swimming pool with ambient mood lighting.
# The master bath shower has glass walls, for ocean views. # A 3-car garage has a built-in tool crib and space for an extra car or workshop.
All in a 40 x 90 lot???

The damned pool would take up more than 40’ by 90’

They probably pay CA taxes by the foot.

For that kind of money I would prefer 50 acres in the country with a ten acre spring-fed lake.

Nice, Al, but look at the bird’s eye view. The place is cheek to jowl with what looks like a condo building on one side and another large house on the other side, both so close you’d have to have sound proofing. Beautiful view, though.

Nothing grand, just an old farm, but it's heaven on earth. Plus I have a great husband, wonderful vegetable gardens, no staff to pay, just dogs, cats, birds and koi to feed.

Apparently however, it lacked a "Skank Detector".

I have an interesting story to tell about Sandra and an apartment. I can't remember what year it was but it was about the time she started coming to Austin. She was dating Matthew McConnehay and he is an Austinite. My daughter was the manager of an apartment complex and Sandra and her Dad came in to look at an apartment. This wasn't a fancy apartment but it was near the running trail at Zilker Park. She wanted a place to run. She said she would take the apartment if they would paint all the walls white and replace the carpet and did not have to pay a deposit. My daughter balked but decided to agree because who wants to make Sandra Bullock mad!! Anyway she lived there while her home was being built and ran everyday. She is really a down to earth person and never asked for anything else but she wouldn't pay a deposit. She called her dad,Daddy. She is a very good business woman.I know that's not how to spell Matthew's name but I've drawn a blank!

Sorry Matthew McConaughey!!!

We have a modest 3 acres with two dogs and a koi pond. I retired last thursday and am looking into building an aquaponics system and a greenhouse to grow vegetables.

She should have paid. She has ‘more than enough’ as the socialists like to say.
