It’s an Otter showing partial adipocere decay. It isn’t uncommon when a corpse is in water. I’ll bet the rest of the hair will pull right off with little effort.
Otter ears aren’t pointed or that big, at least not in the photos I’ve seen. If that’s a fang in the lower jaw in the first photo, it might be a boar with a collapsed muzzle, although the nose doesn’t look right. Where’s a zoologist when you need one?
