So, I'm coming home from work -- I bike home from work --and I stumble across an accident. It is the single weirdest thing I have ever seen. A car managed to climb up the guide wires of a telephone pole.
It was next to a TitleMax, so I assumed at first glance that it was some sort of promotional advertisement. I rode my bike right behind it, without realizing the danger of the situation. When the cop saw me, he waved me off.
Now, what I'm thinking is: WTF, and apparantly the cop is too. HOW do you MANAGE this one???? HOW do you explain THIS to GEICO????
That wire probably wasn’t there the last time he tried to drive at high speed across that guy’s lawn. Happened to me, oh, half a dozen times...

I’ve seen at least of those kind of accidents. I’m tired of seeing car accidents. At least these days most are not fatals.

I don’t know what I would do in that situation. I doubt I’d dare try get out of the car.
We were headed out of town on a Friday evening during rush hour and came across a car with 1 wheel up and over the overpass railing. It had to be at least 3 to 4 four feet high. I still don't know how that happened.

Well, telling the truth, my wife and I drive through the Shallowford and Buford intersection regularly ....
But until now, I never thought to “look right, look left, look up, then look left again” ...”

...yup, friends and I did that in a snow storm in High School...
...slid up the wire, and slid right back down...pushed the car back a bit, an got right back on the snowy road...
then, it was funny, today i’d freak...

We worked one years ago where the lady ran up on the wire and then managed to wrap it around the lower shock mount on the rear.
The wrecker guys showed up and everything they tried just made the situation worse. They called for help to no avail.
They ended up cutting the cable and luckily, the giant high line spanning the loop around Ft Worth TX did not fall.
I was just going to lift the car a bit and saw off the shock mount. They said they would handle it so we left. They got it down a few hours later.
