I remember a few years ago they remade Kolchak: The Night Stalker. Please don't get me started on that politically correct aberration.

Still can’t believe ABC canceled FlashForward and kept Cougar Town.

Why should I answer in a way that I do not want to. Look at the question, there’s no answer I can give that is satisfactory to me.

I don’t like CSI Miami either, mostly because of Caruso. He is a good example of just how bad a character Steve McGarrett would be in today TV shows. CBS has some really bad shows back in the 60’s and 70’s that were big hits back then. Hawaii 5-O, Mannix, and the worst Cannon. We used to watch and enjoy all of them with my dad.

I have never seen the show, but I'm thrilled that Julia Louis-Dreyfus is unemployed. She's one of the wealthiest people in the world, I don't think it'll make a difference to her.

By not being willing to answer the question you become transparent. That’s a good enough answer for me. Thank you.

Your welcome. Transparency is the ultimate cover.
By the way, I answered it...just not the way you wanted.

I’m sorry, I should probably have pinged you on this, since you started the conversation. 143 was as enlightening as it’s going to get, I suppose.

OK, here is what your answer seems to be. You want his socialist agenda to succeed because you do not want him to be seen as a failure. Is that correct? I'm sorry, but you're a bit slippery, so I find it difficult to pin you down. I believe this is what you have said, but I'm trying, in all fairness to allow you to be as clear as possible, in case this is not what you really meant. A simple yes or now is all you need to give. I have bolded the question above so there will be no confusion as I have no desire to be slippery.

Why don’t you just save your energy, accept the answer that I gave even though it’s not what you want to hear, call me names, whatever flips your trigger?...or just put whatever words in my mouth/statements that you want. Either way is fine by me.

You either want him to succeed with his socialist agenda or you do not. I would like to know. It doesn’t take a whole lot of my energy to ask, and it doesn’t take a whole lot of your energy to answer (less that it took you to write that paragraph). There is a reason you don’t want to write a simple word, yes or no. Because you don’t want this forum to know your answer. I have put not a single word in your mouth. And I have called you not a single name. I think I have been very civil.

You have the only answer I’m giving. Why do you want to know so badly what a transparent person has to say?
The name stuff is for the future in case you change your mind.

None to speak of here either.......
To: brytlea
At least you probably have Tex Mex, yes? We don’t even have that, unless you count Taco Bell. They have some abomination they call Mexican, but it is really just best to stay away from it. When I want something spicy, I just go eat Indian food. Actually, the food out here is mostly pretty bad. I have had to start cooking again.

I don’t call names. It’s childish. I’m old enough that I’m unlikely to start a new bad habit.
And so, clearly, you refuse to answer a simple question, because you don’t want anyone to know the answer. OK. Thank you.

There are some decent Mexican eateries in T-town....but I'm 70 miles from there.

We’re going to NM this summer, so I will eat my way thru there. Have to do that once a year.

If that’s what you choose to believe, ok with me. Has it even ocurred to you, that perhaps the question can not be answered honestly with just a yes or no?
Reminds me of an old adage...’Silence speaks only to those that have already decided what they want to hear’
You’re welcome.
