So much for being a “Haven of Peace”. Only two times I was ever there was in 1994. First trip was to pick up some food for the Rwanda famine relief. Second time we picked some shiny new white Nissan Patrol SUVs and delivered them to Kigali, Rwanda for the UN. You'd think there would have been a surplus of available vehicles, since 1,000,000 Rwandans had just been killed.
