Fukino has broken multiple laws in order to cover Obama’s dirty behind. Heck, her claim of “50 e-mail inquiries a month for Obama’s birth certificate” has been proven to be perjury. Add to that her breaking of HRS 338-18a when she said what is on one of Obama’s several birth records, her taking the administrative rules off her website in violation of Hawaii statutes, her misprision of the felony of forgery which she knew that Obama had committed, her inviting public officials to rely on what she knew was a forged document (which is either forgery or perjury, I forget which) - four laws she’s broken, and that’s just off the top of my head.
