When I was in Las Vegas recently, the casinos actually had slot machines based on this insipid show. Now that is just wrong.

The casinos also had slots based on other TV shows like Sopranos, Happy Days, etc. Wouldn't be caught dead playing any of them and I'm sure they are rigged by the casinos for a low payout because anybody stupid enough to use them needs to be separated from their money fast.

OMG I can't stand that show. Sarah Jessica Parker should win some award for being the absolute ugliest female EVER in movies or TV. I accidentally clicked onto that show years ago on HBO - ONCE. They sounded like a bunch of men in a football locker room. No group of women I have ever known talks like that. You can tell the scripts are written by males.

Sex and the City is just another attempt by liberal entertainment types to bolster the wrongly held belief, in those circles, that women can be just like men, now that the pill and abortion laws enable them to jump from bed to bed with impunity.

The fact is women are not like men, they are not equipped emotionally to be promiscuous. Modesty in women developed as a survival mechanism, and is still too engrained in our genetic makeup to be a non-factor.

A man, generally speaking, doesn't give a hoot if the one he bedded last night isn't interested in calling him back, for women it is existentially important.

The show also scripts way too much potty mouth, another (false) way of implying that women can be just like men.
