“I heard the interview and ‘government funds’ was not part of it!”

If they are allowed to be “married” then they get all the federal funds and benefits that go with that:
Filing “Married” on their W-4 and on their tax returns
Getting funds from the government to adopt kids
Etc...

THAT is the MAIN reason they want the “married” title! Because they have to know that I, along with most sane Christians, will NEVER believe that their lifestyle choices are the same as my marriage!

As I always say, I do not care what you do in your bedroom, but you probably shouldn’t be flaunting it on the streets! I am not asking you to go back into the closet, but I do ask that you keep it in your bedroom!

I repeat, "government funding" was not brought up in the interview...contrary to what was implied here...only that she and GWB disagree on it.

Apparently, she has not tried to influence him on the subject and if so, failed.
