I have to agree. I want Jack in front of me when the going gets really deadly, too!

Can’t be, unless they’re sponsors.

That's exactly what they are.

If you pay attention carefully to the computer screens in the show, "Sprint" is all over the place. This past Monday's show was essentially an advertisement for Sprint. Remember when Chloe set up that separate network with the young dude to monitor the department store video feeds? "Sprint" flashed across my TV screen about ten times in five seconds. Nothing new about this. This kind of stuff happens in the movies all the time. It's just an extra revenue generator for the producers.

For several early seasons, the big '24' sponsor was Ford. My son and I used to crack up at the car chase scenes - - Jack and the CTU good guys all drove Ford SUVs while the bad guys were always in Chevys and GMCs.

By the way, check this out. It’s “the original ‘24’ pilot episode from 1994”. Scroll down a little to find it. Hilarious!

yes, isn’t that practice called ‘product placement?’ Mucho dinero involved. I have noticed the laptops are Apples ... I use the ad time to do other than watching tv so really have no clue who the sponsors are.

Awwww..... jeez.. WTH is that about? Never mind. Don’t want to know.

You’d never see Chuck Norris doing something stupid like that.

Actually, it tends to prove my point. Chuck knows he can’t beat Jack. (And vice versa, but we were talking about Jack, not the opposite.)
