Yes, the counts for my site are at zero, but I'm still receiving tweets from those that I've been following. So, it appears that those numbers aren't truly at zero.
Yeah, I use Hootsuite, and all my followers are still showing up in the columns, though my account at Twitter.com says zero-zero.
