Bristol Palin goes clubbing after celebrating the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy

Oh Bristol, don't you know by now that someone is always watching?

Miss Palin may have spent Wednesday morning celebrating the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy — but she spent Wednesday evening fretting that her cover would be blown at NYC hot spot 1Oak.

"Bristol was there around 1 a.m. with friends," a partygoer says. "She was trying to have fun, but she looked like she was terrified that people would recognize her and start gawking. It seems like she couldn't even relax." A second denizen of the club backed up the sighting.

We can't blame Bristol for being nervous: After spending all day at events like "The Harsh Truth: Teen Moms Tell All" — and tirelessly promoting her new good-girl image — showing up at a 21-and-over venue may not have been the best idea.

The government shouldn't be able to prohibit you from enjoying all the privileges of citizenship, if at the same time it's expecting you to meet all your responsibilities of citizenship. How the 21 drinking age isn't a violation of the 14th Amendment, is a mystery.

It isn't a violation of the 14th Ammendment because the STATES were strong armed into making the drinking age 21 in their states by creeping Federalism forcing them to set 21 drinking age, 0.08BAC DWI, speed limits, etc. to get BACK a PORTION of their highway funds (which are NOT distributed as the tax dollars were paid IN on gas taxes).

Anytime someone claims "states rights defenders are racists", throw it back in their laps by pointing out drinking laws, speed limits, marriage laws, etc. are OUTSIDE of the powers of the federal government.

What she does is her own damn business. In fact, Bristol would make a better President than Obaby Obama. Barry drinks and has taken coke. Lets hear more stories about what he does when he sneaks out.

Is she still pushing abstinence? Does getting loaded at a bar not add to the possibility of getting pregnant?

Not if you aren't having one night stands with your legs spread wide open.

Where would you go to dance? Your living room?

Clubbing is usually a term given to a night of drunken dancing and hooking up.

When I was young, we called it disco'ing and being a typical guy, "hooking up" was definitely on my agenda. Unfortunately all I ever met were Bristols.........

Maybe it was my platform shoes.

"It isn't a violation of the 14th Amendment because the STATES were strong armed into making the drinking age 21"

Because of the principle of incorporation, the equal protection clause in the 14th Amendment applies to states as well, not just the 14th Amendment. State laws be in compliance with the equal protection clause, just like the federal government does.

With respect to the allocation of funds under the National Minimum Drinking Age Act of 1984, it was litigated and the Supreme Court (wrongly IMHO) found in South Dakota v. Dole that the law was constitutional. BUT, the age limit itself, as set by the states, has never been litigated.

She has a child, she should be with her child at 1AM.

Ever heard of baby sitters?
Going by your theory, if a woman has a child, they should never go to work either cause they need to stay home and look after that child all the time. Get real!

“To 7 - So a mother is required to be with her child(ren) 24/7? Do you suppose the Palin daughter just dropped her son off at a bus station with strangers and picked him up after she had left the club?”

Certainly not but whoring around after a day of prayer and proclaiming abstinance ... this doesn't go together for Bristol. It's no wonder she had a paranoid look on her face as she trolloped around. Hey, sorry I struck a nerve. Apparently you are fine with this.

“When kids grow up, they make their own choices.”

Very true, however if they are raised properly the RIGHT choices will be as natural as breathing. It’s a timeless truism that many don’t want to admit.

“whoring around” is a bit of an exaggeration. Shame on you.

You’re the one who thinks she ‘should not be clubbing at 1am’. She is free to do as she pleases, even if it means disappointing you.

What part of "she's 19" and "it's an over-21 club" don't you understand, drinking or not, it's not someplace she should be, per NY liquor control laws.

Is simple math outside your intellectual grasp?

My what an old fart you must be. A 19 year old in a 21+ club. THE HORROR!!!! I bet you never speed, right?

Or is simple reality outside your intellectual grasp?

Not even the usual suspect liberals are talking about this. What does that say about you? Wow.

BTW, is she still pushing abstinence? Does getting loaded at a bar not add to the possibility of getting pregnant? Bristol dear, this is hardly a great example for single moms or teens. Alcohol takes away your inhibitions ... I suspect you might know something about that ... .

Where did you get the impression that she was "getting loaded at a bar"? There was no report of her drinking alcohol. It is actually possible to go to a club, dance with friends, have fun, and not consume alcohol or shack up with anybody.

Who is watching the baby?

Probably either a babysitter or a grandparent.

Whoring around? Are you serious? You know, when you go around spouting baseless accusations against someone (especially one who professes to be a believer) while at the same time acknowledging the Creator in your tagline, you are getting very close to taking the Name of God in vain while also bearing false witness against your neighbor. You might want to give some consideration to that whole speck and beam concept that Jesus talked about and take care of your own eyes.

it must really be hell being so perfect! can you even read? Where did it say she was getting bombed? How do you know Trig was with her in NYC and not in Alaska with his father, who now has regular visitation. Also Bristol no longer lives at home, but has her own apartment and a job....
