I have a friend who has had it come back a number of times and have known several people who have beat it and it’s not come back. I’m thankful they can treat many types now, very successfully. I’m thankful for your wife as well and pray that she continues is good health! It is a blessing! :)

I guess I didn’t hear about that. Very sad. My own Mom died at age 67 of renal cell carcinoma. It’s not very old in this day and age.

I need to watch it again but I just remember it just being a nice little movie. She was really chunky at that time. I think she became a spokes person for Weight Watchers later.

So young = UKs NHS. Healthcare is pretty (as Levin would say) sh**ty. Guys in rock bands from England keeling over at 50 or 60.
The news article says she died at her home in Connecticut. While that state may be part of New England, I don't think you can call it the UK. And rock stars dying in England at 50 or 60? Jimi Hendrix, Mama Cass, Brian Jones, Keith Moon, Pete Ham, Marc Bolan, Jimmy McCulloch, Bon Scott--just a few who never made it close that age, and I really don't think NHS had anything to do with their deaths.

My wife was first afflicted with breast cancer in 1996. She had a mastectomy, chemo and then reconstruction. She had a small new occurrence in 2004, and had a lumpectomy and radiation.
We've just found out she has a new occurrence in the other breast now. She will probably have a mastectomy and reconstruction on that side. The biopsies of her lymph nodes were negative, so we are hoping it was caught in time. So far, side from a few setbacks; she is a 14-year breast cancer survivor.

Lynn also took out the time to become a US citizen.

Lynn Regrave in “Gods and Monsters” (1998) made the movie. She really did a lot with that character of Hanna (the housekeeper, I think she was called).

Its funny you say that about Lynn Redgrave because I remember reading interviews with her where it was clear that she did not agree with her brother and sister. She seemed liberal but sane.
To: CaptainK
Lynn was very pro USA. She loved her sister as a sister but thought Vanessa was nuts politically I thought that I had once read/heard that she was at least semi-reasonable.Sounds as if she was *entirely* reasonable.

Hey, I'm just 65. As a Fibromyalgia sufferer, I'm going to be using a product that might have helped Lynn had she known about it.
Protandim is a clinically proven supplement that provides substantial benefits for healthy aging. This patented indirect antioxidant therapy works in a very different way than conventional foods such as red wine, oranges, blueberries or other popular antioxidant supplements. Unlike those types of products that have proven to be largely ineffective in reducing oxidative stress caused by free radicals, Protandim is an indirect antioxidant therapy, which stimulates the bodys production of its own powerful antioxidant enzymes. Protandim works at the cellular level, triggering cells to naturally increase production of protective antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase, and glutathione synthase.

Which one was in Camelot? I always got them mixed up - totally different looks but I still couldn’t keep them straight.
