She stated that our Constitution protects illegal immigrants.

She should stick to wagging her butt.

Shakira is from Columbia

Hmmm. I wonder if she saw Obama when he was a student there? No one yet has said they did.
Oh, wait. That was Columbia U. Never mind. :-)

You know, I do so love those latin hips and thighs. Can’t help myself. Makes me want to rumba, or something.

She should stick to wagging her butt.

And I thought that's where her ideas were coming from...

Hard to believe she’s not an expert on the Az constitution like she said.

You are right, I took licence with my example. But would imagine that a Mexican bounty hunter would be happy to extradite her.

Side queestion: Does anyone have the link to the map that shows that supposedly, Mexico actually etends into Arizona, and maybe other border states by a thousand feet or so. Not Atzlan, but some kind of survery mistake?

“America has failed to keep its promises to Latin people”

I'm sure that Shakira is all torn up about the Arizona law. / sarc

I'll believe it when she shuts down her career & leaves the US in protest.

Can you imagine if she and O”Failure were part of the same lefty Columbian coterie and they had a love child, can you imagine what that person would look like today and their characteristics? The mind boggles.

Hey Shakira, just shut up and shake your hips.

No matter what her lips are saying, Her Hips Don't Lie.

Shakira got famous 8 years ago for a video “Whatever/Whenever”
where she caresses her body, and shakes her rear end while yodeling a song. She has little talent, and evidently less brains.

Maybe so, but her statements here were beyond stupid.

What the hell does Mexican law have to do with a Colombian speaking in Phoenix, Arizona?

I should have given more background infor. Shakira would have broken Mexican law if she spoke out against that country while there. She probably feels she is exercising her international right to protest the American government and with impunity, because the Mexicans here a some kind of supra rights.
