This years May Day is more important than ever as the economic and financial crisis continues to strike a heavy blow on workers from the U.S. and around the world. A recovery with no jobs is a recovery solely for the multinational corporations, who are raking in record profits as the people face increasing poverty, joblessness, homelessness, disease and death.
The escalation of war abroad in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and the racist, ruthless military occupation of Haiti demand our response.
A powerful and massive united fight-back against this onslaught is urgently needed.
The following signers invite everyone from the labor, immigrant, anti-war, student, youth, community & progressive movements, to claim your day and join us at a May Day 2010.

FYI 2: The International Action Center along with Workers World Party also formed the so-called anti-war (actually pro-communist) group A.N.S.W.E.R. However, ANSWER is now officially in the hands of the Workers World Party splinter group, Party for Socialism and Liberation. Most if not all of the leadership of PSL were top officials of the Workers World Party.

Note: the page (on the Workers World Party website) with this photo has recently been removed.
But here's other evidence of his speaking at the event:
"Among the many speakers were elected representativesU.S. Rep. Charles Rangel and New York City Council members Charles Barron and Margarita Lopezwho have bucked their party to come out against the war. Barron has also introduced a Troops Out Now resolution in the City Council."--Workers World Party

"Dear Comrade Kim Jong Il...
With his leadership [Kim Il Sung], the Korean people defeated the Japanese colonial occupation and soon after brought about the first defeat of the U.S. imperialist military machine. ...
Workers World Party values our close, comradely relations with the Workers Party of Korea very highly. We are proud to have known Kim Il Sung as a great leader and a comrade in the international communist movement. ..."

This was in the works long before the AZ law. The May 1 Coalition was formed back in 2006.
I am sure 0bamao will be there to lead them all to victory over the bourgeois.
The Dallas one is going to be huge.
The illegals are bringing their kids.
The local media is covering it like its a big carnival or Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Do you think they’d cover a TEA Party that way? Of course not.
Expect to see lots of American flags at these events. I was at the initial May Day demonstration at Union Square in Manhattan, New York in 2006 and there were American flags everywhere. Workers World Party likely handed them out to the illegals to make it ‘seem’ to outsiders like the May Day event was about American “patriotism”. Meanwhile, they and groups like the Revolutionary Communist Party were there passing out their commie literature trying to indoctrinate people. They had numerous booths set up with their propaganda and were mingling with the crowd.
We dealt with the Nazis in madison square garden we can deal with these creeps
And there were lots of American flags there too. Both of these socialist nutcase movements (communists and nazis) are expert at propaganda.
