Did Noah start a franchise?

You'd almost think that Noah was skipper of the flagship of a flotilla of arks, if you can believe all of the reports we've seen over the years.

I tend to believe that many (if not all) of these archaeologists have found evidence of large, sea-going craft on Mt. Ararat. How else can you explain the discovery of all those wooden constructions? They can't be lodgings. The place is as inhospitable now, as it probably was 10,000 years ago.

I've gotta admit that it's a fascinating, ongoing endeavor.

You’re right I think that they have actually run across quite a bit of evidence apparently of more than one craft.

But, just dang! At first I thought that the craft might have broken up and was deposited in a rather far flung fashion. But some of what has been found is too much material for that theory to “stay afloat.”

I swear as soon as I thought stay afloat I tried to find another phrase, but it just locked me up. : )

Mount Ararat was most notably Volcanically active around 3000 b.c. and a few times since. You will notice the lava flow covering the wooden beams in some places and actually ending the beams as they burnt through them in attached picture (left center). Hard to plant something like this. Either this is Noah's Ark or an old man-made structure (ref. 1840 volcanic activity) that has been exposed to volcanic activity.
