Orange Truffles from the Farmhouse / Makes 48. Store covered/refrigerated.
Original from Reiman's Best of Country Cooking 2003 Change extract for whole other flavor.

Processor 30 seconds cup+2 tbl choc/chips (some won't pulverize). W/ motor on add slowly almost boiling 2/3 c heavy cream, 2 tbl butter, then tea orange extract; proc/smooth. Chill firm in bowl 20-30 min. Roll inch balls. Dip into combined melted 2 tbl shortening/2 c mini/choc/chips. Harden on wax-papered sheeetpan.

FINISH Drizzle over in elegant pattern from tip of fork---1/3 c melted white chocolate chips.

That sounds wonderful! My two faves are anything orange and chocolate and anything raspberry and chocolate. :)
