Snake Doc you rock, that little tip about hiding those stupid things just made my day.

Always glad to help. Actually, thank my wife. She’s the one that told me after I complained about it a few days ago.

I went to high school with Green Day. We thought they sucked back then. However, I have a video tape of him playing with our jazz band that I'm ganna sell when he dies in a plane crash or something. Billie Joe Armstrong was a cool guy to hang out with before they dropped out. Our sophomore year they organized a strike against our band director.

She didn’t hack his account. The idiot left himself logged in.

Yeah, I know. I didn’t write the title. The woman also was not his wife, if you read the article.

It’s Jalopnik’s fault! (and ultimately his)

Have you tried the “hide” function for the games? “Hover” the mouse over the upper right corner of the game announcement, and you’ll see “Hide”. Once you click on it, you’ll get the option to hide the game, hide the person, or cancel. Once you hide the game, no more updates! Has to be done for each game, though.

I did that LONG ago. I am talking about when someone makes a FarmVille photo album and tags friends, or actually types a status message about FarmVille. I wish I could block the very word.

I guarantee you at least 95% of the people playing that game have never grown an actual vegetable in their life. That is one of the things that makes the game so annoying to me.

It’s specifically a Facebook thing.
I’ve read (and experienced) a few stories about families having issues with Facebook and other “social networking” stuff.

Even married people want some privacy, now and then.

I could go on and on about this post, but first thing is, if you want privacy, Facebook is NOT the place to be.
If your family is in the habit of hiding things from one another, ANY social networking site should be out of the question, as Google is probably not aware of your desire to hide things from others.

Nothing to hide here.
Most of it is stuff with my family and I’ve never accepted a friend request from another female.

Have at it.
