I learned not to tell strangers in public that Molly was found in my backyard. When one mom asked and I mentioned it, she said "How sweet", while the dad told his children not to touch her. They had been petting her for about two minutes at that point and Molly had been making friends with their tiny dog.

Had a facebook friend keep saying how brave I was for letting her into my home and has said she is frightened to meet her.

That’s so sad, it just goes to show the power of propaganda. It’s good Molly will get the chance to be an ambassador for the breed through your SCA activities!
