To those of you who go into every Sarah Palin thread with your anti-Palin talking points and repeating everything you hear on ABC, NBC or CBS.
I have a question for you personally. This is a personal question.
What are you doing to further our cause in a time of grave national and international crisis ?
Have you traveled to dozens of states in the last few months ? (Sarah Palin has)
also,
How is the view from the peanut gallery ?
and
How is the breakfast with your Democratic friends down at the local Holiday Inn ?
Please get a life. You are doing nothing to further our cause. Do some soul searching, it must seem like a worthless existance spending your time on the net attacking one person with such vigor and such venom. I hope for a big purge and I hope it is soon.
It would appear that in your opinion, Sarah Palin is perfect. If not, when is it o.k. to point out her faults and have your concerns respected and discussed in a civil manner?
She is not perfect. It is ok to point out her faults. But that is not what I am upset about ..
im upset about those on our side who use Democratic attacks against her
It is simple.
Christians tend to love her (except for the Stepford Wives and the barefoot in the kitchen crowd)
Non Christians and or those who either love abortion or hate evangelicals dislike her.
BULLCRAP. One of my main objections to Palin is because I am a Christian:
She does not believe the Right to Life is a Constitutional issue. She believes the Right to Life belongs to the state.
On that single issue ALONE, she is not qualified to carry the banner for RTL, and thereby unelectable. Watch and see - She will split the SOCON vote, because half at the least will *not* back up on RTL.
They have to make their candidate look good somehow. They also like to name call (deranged comes to mind) which is comical coming from anti war, 9-11 truther, Ron Paul supporters or Romneycare supporters.
Don't worry, FR is just a small little corner of the nation and as places such as Searchlight have shown us, not really indicative of how the rest of the nation feels about Palin.
Small fish/small pond sort of thing.
wrong again... you do not seem capable of intelligent give and take... you skip out on logical discussion and go straight to emotionalism... while i do think that people will not vote for her in general, meaning those who are not very conservative (btw--i would vote for her if she were our nominee) i don't think she's ready to be president... but again, i do like her and where she stands... in your opinion, that constitutes attacking her... i don't believe i am attacking her simply because i don't believe she's ready to be president... just like i do not think liberals are right in calling me racist simply because i do not think Obama is a good president... you are doing the same thing they are... the only answer for you is that people have to support her now or they are attacking her... that's not being intellectually honest--which is what i said to you before...
according to him/her/whatever gender se young ohio conservative is, NEVER... this person is not capable of intelligent discussion, intellectual debate... this person uses the same tactics liberal use when they call someone a racist because he/she doesn't think Obama is a good president...
well, you consider me a troll--and this is maybe the third Palin thread i've participated on in a good year or so... and i don't attack her in anyway i can... i don't attack her--yet you think i'm "one of the ones." haha! and if she's the nominee in 2012, she has my vote--which i've told you twice now... i have to say, you give lots of material that i can share with my logic students... your posts are logic fallacy galore!
and yet you use Democratic tactics to attack those who honestly question her at all...
And you've been out of college for what? Two semesters?
Whose money are you using?
The money in my savings account.
You always bring common sense to the table.
I’ve never been a fan of putting all your eggs in one baasket. I love Palin but it will not be the end of conservatism if she doesn’t run or doesn’t win.
Palin is great but she is by no means the only conservative who can run an effective campaign.
I pray we all obey Reagan’s 11th commandment...especially when the Democrats will be in pure vitriolic form in 2012.
With Thune, Pence, Barbour, Sessions, McDonnell, Ryan and others out there I think we’ll be fine.
Oh, and by the way, Chunga, while we're on the topic of money, I noticed that your FReeper name isn't on any of the FReeper donor boards. Is that because you haven't put something in the pot or because you've chosen to remain anonymous all these years?
And in that spirit, I'd like to give the FReepathon a bump and head on over to put something in the pot for this quarter.

Cowa Chunga, dewd! Surf’s up!!!
Yeehaw!
Hang ten! Or a $20 if you can afford it. ;^)
The point here is that the left is trying to divide us, using their divide and conquer tactics as usual. Why don’t we wise up and quit playing their game while they are laughing all the way to the bank.
Whether you support Palin or not, now is not the time to tear one another apart. I’m sure Palin feels that she must support McCain, and why should we throw her out for showing loyalty? I have no love for McCain, either, but in her shoes, I might find myself doing the same. Let’s be reasonable here.
In the meantime, instead of wrangling with each other over this candidate or that, why don’t we use the energy more effectively and look into some of the field of candidates and find out more about them? We could actually help each other sort out the good ones from the RINOs, the rhetoric from the truth. That is what we really need right now as we move into the primaries.
I agree with you. I don’t think Sarah Palin is Presidential. I like her, thinks she does a great job motivating the base, she would be a great RNC Chairperson, but President? No!
Personally, I am tired of soundbites and youtube clips getting people all riled up. That is how we ended up with Obama.
We have people on here screaming about Sarah, Paul Ryan, McCotter, Bachmann...anyone who gets face time. They all have a place and are needed, in fact it is probably more important to have the conservative voices in the Congress.....remember they write the laws.
Flame away at me but I stand by Duncan Hunter, if not him, someone as close to his ideology as possible.
