The green army locker in the basement filled with old war souvenirs is a classic Old School Man possession. And Walt is no exception, he has his War Chest filled with great B&W pictures of him in Korea with his Army buddies, metals and the guns he was issued.
As expected his grand-kids dont even know about his service (their grandfather was awarded the Silver Star and they dont know!!) or even where Korea is.

I’ve thought about making beer a few times but it seemed like a lot of work versus just buying beer, but no doubt it
could be fun for some. I’m not really in to specialty beers but I do like some that Leinenkugel makes when I get a chance to pick them up.

Arguing with a man about a beer is about as fruitful as telling him his wife is kinda homely. lol

Don’t forget National Bohemian, or “Natty Bo” for those who “enjoyed” it....

Bought a case of Nat Bo in college because it was $3.99 a case. It was the first and LAST time I ever drank that crap....

As a homebrewer, I like a hoppy beer.

Now you did it! I haven’t made a batch in a couple of years. I have 20 gals of muscadine wine that I’ll bottle this weekend, though.

Great flick. Worth buying and watching multiple times.
Clint Eastwood is Clint Eastwood. nuff said.

Believe it or not, the hardest thing to make is an American Light. You can’t hide any flaws. I visited the old Coors brewery in Memphis with an employee. They brewed it double strength and cut it with water at bottling. The double strength fresh out of the lagering tanks was great! I made a batch at home. Kegged it. The only person at a picnic that could tell the difference in a blind tasting was the employee. I used to compete. I won best of show at the World Cup of Beer and a blue at the California small brewers festival back in the day.

Don’t tell him about us, let him be happy with his PBR. After all, someone’s gotta drink that stuff, or thousands will lose their jobs, and the economy is bad enough as is.

Thanks, I really tried to strip it down and make it accessible.
