LOL! And when I saw “stuffed bologna”, I immediately thought of Washington ... :-)
Balogna...jumbo...my dad used to fry the thick slices, and it will curl up into a cup shape; and in another skillet he would scramble eggs; serve in the balogna cups sprinkled (heavily) with shredded cheddar cheese.
Diced, fried potatos w/sauteed onions on the side.
And all of it sprinkled with Franks’ Hot Sauce.
