Hi refusal to bring aid to this area per clean-up and protection from further damage, are more than evident. Everyone know he did not give squat about acutally helping - only bringine economic ruin to - while making BP pay HIM - while he ecks out more 'crisis' dictums.
It is a win/win/ and it is a traason in a action; as is his refusal to protect citizens and borders elsewhere.
