“The ‘orchestrating’ began with the House dems in 2008 when they covered for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. ACORN and other organizations pressured banks to make home loans to people who couldn’t possibly pay them back. The economy collapsed after that.”

Disagree with you somewhat on that, as this effort goes back to Carter, but, more specifically, was part of the Democrat strategy to eviscerate the Pubbies in 2004 at all costs by indirectly contributing to a ‘defeat’ of America in Iraq. The Democrat delegation to Turkey that led to Turkish non-participation in US strategy during the Iraq invasion, followed by the incessant ‘activists’ and Congressmen, e.g., Reid, Wexler, Clinton (& later, 0bama), who later claimed the war is ‘lost’, fed that effort.

I forgot to mention the Bosporus and oil/oil pipelines/oil ports as a reason to influence Turkey not to participate in Iraq, along with its value to Russia. Or the EU/NATO and the World Bank/Davos members.
