Well that’s good! When I become homeless and lose my children to the state due to unemployment remaining high, I can take comfort in knowing that the economy is growing!

So the administration's intent is to CRUSH the American economy ... they are surprised that it still have some life in it ...
So, that tells me that the ONLY sector where the economy is "growing" is government. After all, they have all those bureaucracies to fill and, of course, more IRS thugs to hire for those of us they will have to persecute for not buying zero's mandated "DeathCare".
Elections have consequences, and 08's election of the ineligible communist usurper will reverberate through our history for DECADES!!! No matter what everyone says, we can't undo what zero and the Congress have done overnight. It will take a LONG time!!
This seems to be a trend among liberals, publish BS that everyone knows is BS with the idea they can point to it later. Then the burden of proof is on conservatives to dispute the “public record” of the past with facts that are hard to obtain or get cooked over time to support their arguments. Given the liberal slant of most networks a counter opinion may be hard or impossible to find, further reinforcing their falsehoods.
We need to put an end to this kind of manipulation of history.

He is kidding ? Sustained growth without jobs ? How is this possible ?
Geithner (GYT’-nur) sounds like a damn fool - but his sector of the economy is certainly growing.
First off i’ve never seen a treasury secretary sit down to speak to congress and talk about the presidents programs. Clearly a partisan hack as opposed to being independent as hes supposed to be.
Second,companies are doing fine right now without adding workers. Its called productivity gains. Add in the uncertainty over just how much the administration is going to rape them for in taxes and you have a second reason to not hire.
All in all,yeah the economy is doing better but its not going to lead to hiring. Eventually companies won’t do as well should unemployment stay as high as it is. That’s why Obumbler talks about green jobs(grasping at straws) and increasing exports when we have some of the highest labor costs around.
