A. Its not medicine.

If it is, tell me what it cures and then show me they can’t get it prescribed for other things.

B. Why are they giving it to kids?

In a short time a little ‘twitch’ from the San Andreas fault will deliver the final ‘judgment’ on LA’s morality, and it’s many alternative attributes, or maybe not!
I’m so glad i’m ‘FROM’ the City Of The Angels.

Over two hundred stores in Denver, more pot stores than Starbucks. The California vote in November will be watched with interest in Colorado. 13 states now have legal medical marijuana. Hopefully the Mexican pushers will be out of business before too long.

I knew a woman in a marijuana illegal State whose life was extended by about six months solely because of marijuana. An older, very conservative Catholic lady, she was advised by her chemotherapy physician to obtain and use, “the ‘M’ herb”.

She had been unable to consume either pills or liquid for a week, and the marijuana not only allowed her to consume a large amount of food and drink, but also to take the extraordinary number of pills needed to fight her cancer. Had she begun her therapy just a month earlier, she might had survived the disease.

As those rules suggest, city officials are not prepared to treat marijuana like any other medicine, despite a 1996 state ballot initiative that allows patients with doctor’s recommendations to use it for symptom relief. It’s hard to imagine the city council arbitrarily limiting the number of pharmacies, insisting that they not do business near competitors, creating buffer zones between parks and Duane Reade locations, or demanding that patients obtain their Lipitor from one and only one drugstore. Such restrictions reflect marijuana’s dual identity in California: It is simultaneously medicine and menace

It's only "medicine" because a bunch of rich hardcore leftists brainwashed enough people into voting that it's a medicine.

Ironically, it the Leftists who are burying the sellers in bureaucratic BS that will likely drive dispensaries out of town.

There is an absolute medical use for marijuana, for relieving nausea and improving appetite that has yet to be replicated as a manufactured pharmaceutical.

God made marijuana for a reason.

I don’t see what all the fuss is about.

If you don’t like smoking Marijuana, then don’t do it!

Disclaimer: I’ve never smoked the stuff. I tried it once during my teen years, and didn’t like it. However, I have no problem at all with others that do smoke it, because it’s none of my business what they do, and I don’t care.

How is legalizing pot going to help with the nations obesity problem? On the one hand we are lectured to get in shape! Ban McDonalds! Put down the junk food! and smoke a joint? Isn’t legalizing marijuana counter productive?

There are apparently a lot of you who like the idea of drugged up sexed up kids. I guess Kevin Jennings and Planned Parenthood is on your side.

I just don’t want to talk about it anymore.
