Sounds reasonable. I like those votes.
Endorsements have to be practical. Even if there’s no good candidate in the race, somebody’s going to win.
In this case, it may be that Minnick is the best of the available choices.

While at the same time voting yes on Green money to schools ($40B), expanding S-CHIP, $2B more for Cash for Clunkers, more ethanol subsidies, cutting oil exploration subsidies, and raising taxes on “wealthy” Americans. It sounds as if Idaho can do better.
