Hills star Heidi Montag revealed the full result of her ten cosmetic surgeries as she paraded her bikini body for the first time. The reality television star showed off her new-look beach body in a bikini she designed herself at the grand opening of the Liquid Pool Lounge at the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. It was the moment her fans have been waiting for, the grand unveiling of the body that underwent 10 cosmetic procedures in one day last year. But despite those procedures she has admitted that she's not totally happy with the results.

I like big, um, tracks of land, I can not lie.
But F is a bit large on her frame. Perhaps D would have been better.
Her face is OK; she looks more refined, but colder.
The abs and mid-section are spectacular.
