Time to arrest the passerby for being a peeping tom.
An eldery woman rings the front desk of her hotel and tells the night desk that there is a naked man outside her window, he thinks this is odd because she is on the fourth floor. He goes up to her room and asks where the man is, she tells him to look out the window, he does and sees nobody there. He asks again and the lady replys “Stand on the chair, Stand on the chair!” In other words some people go out of their way to be offended.
Ditto. This has to be about the most ridiculous story I’ve read in a long time.
