COMES NOW, DR. ORL Y T AITZ, ESQ IN PRO SE (hereinafter referred to as "DR. TAITZ"), and pursuant to Rule 24 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, hereby files this Motion to Intervene, as a Plaintiff of Right or in the alternative with the Court's permission said motion to be heard on April 14,2010 at 9AM or as soon thereafter as practicable with oral argument requested and as grounds therefore, movant states as follows: FACTUAL BACKGROUND 1. In the captioned matter, Attorneys General seeks determination from this Court as to its obligations and duties under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. More specifically they seek to enjoin and have declared unconstitutional the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act signed into law by President Barack Obama. 2. Prior to the filing the above captioned matter, movant filed a Quo Warranto combined with other causes of action now pending in the United States District Court of the District of Columbia seeking identical relief on an identical theory of violation of the Commerce Clause, Canst. art. I, § 8. 3. A true and correct copy of the aforementioned complaint is attached as Exhibit A. 4. Dr. Taitz has also filed a motion with the United States Judicial Panel on Multi District Litigation seeking the two cases be coordinated, a true and correct copy of which is attached as Exhibit B. 5. Dr Orly Taitz Esq is one of a very few people who are fearlessly [FEARLESSLY] going after the Usurper Barry Soetoro/Obama with determination to get to the truth.

The longer they’ve pushed, the more information has trickled out from various sources who actually knew or worked with Obama. I don’t know if Rev Manning is correct, but I’m willing to listen to his evidence. I KNOW that Dr Taitz has proof of the forged Social Security Numbers used by Barry Obama, starting with the 999- number given ONLY to Foreign Students attending US Colleges. He couldn’t use that one to get a job because anyone with a half-ounce of brain matter would know that it brands him as a Foreigner and not a US Citizen. So he embezzled a few numbers and is now using the 042- Number. Which is stupid because anyone with a hair’s breath of intelligence can do research to learn that 042- numbers were given to people who applied for a SSN in Connecticut. The SSN he currently uses was given to a man who was born in 1890.

So you guys go play your games and miss out on supporting the Patriots who are willingly placing themselves as targets for Obama’s CIA/FBI/Secret Police.

I’m still working up the scenario of what will ultimately be Obamas downfall.

My first thought is that the powers protecting him that is everyone sworn to Pelosi and all the yellow belly SCOTUS will assume they can march him through history as a historic first without blemish.

But I have a silent feeling there is something else thats not talked about, not actually known about and matter of fact that even Obama is not aware of.Something else out of the blue, out of the box, hopefully not from outer space but some absurd piece of evidence will destroy him in totality with no hope of recovery.
