So what are you supposed to wear when having dinner with people who shoot teenagers in the face?
I’m thinking a flaming nomex suit - you can open by giving them a big ole bear hug.

According to family members who were present, Burgess got mad when her husband took notice of the T-shirt and jean shorts that Danielle Pickens was wearing. Jealousy seems to be the real motive.

Why did I not have to even read the police report to know what ethnic origin the perp and victim were. Did it ever cross her mind just to kick her to the curb.

The clothing was disgusting. of course, this is no excuse for such an overreaction. I noticed at airports and grocery store that people are dressed as if getting their clothes from garage sales.

From your link...
When a teenage cousin showed up at Evelyn Burgess’ house for Easter dinner wearing what Burgess considered a revealing outfit, the hostess was not going to let the issue go.
According to family members who were present, Burgess got mad when her husband took notice of the T-shirt and jean shorts that Danielle Pickens was wearing.

So. It wasn’t a mater of what the victim was wearing. It was what she was wearing that turned on the perp’s hubby.
Yowsa!
