Lee has the pimp spot.
Sings "Hey Jude". OUCH--starts off with a very sour note. But he recovers more or less. The whole song is pitchy. When he reaches the Hey Jude chorus, a bagpipe player, in full Fat Bastard regalia, walks down the stage steps. What? The didgeridoo guy fit in more than this.
The audience goes crazy.
Randy: That guy was funny dude! I almost wore a kilt tonight (laughs) Dude, let me tell you, you don't have to be nervous. That was another hot one. Please believe!
Ellen: The confidence that you showed tonight ... even when that guy got separated from his parade (LOL)
Kara: You definitely felt more comfortable up there. There were some off moments. But it was hot.
Simon: We've got didgeriedoo players and then you come out with a bagpipe player. (laughing) I wouldn't have done that. It was like he turned up on the wrong show. Was that your idea?
Lee: Yeah, 100%.
It wasn't the greatest performance, but it was a crowd pleasing song. A fun way to end the show. Lots of laughs and light moments.

Big Mike Love this guy, love the song, but the arrangement didn't do a thing for me. Funky... in the stinky way.

Fluffy I love me some acoustic guitar -- on the minimal side -- and an achy, blusey, soul-wrenching wail. i might download this one...
Siobhan How about that Molly Ringwald hair, huh? And all those Madonna ruffles? Of the sleepier songs this evening, this was nicely done. Just a minor point - she shouldn't be allowed to talk.
Lee Hey Lee, don't sing it bad or take a great song and make it worser. Oh great. bagpipes. Next week? Why, a hurdy gurdy of course!
