This is one tax I do not have to pay -- The get caught by a bunny tax, that is.
My unscientific observation is that liberals violate driving laws the most. So, let them pay the taxes!

It’s one thing to stop for pedestrians already in the crosswalk. It’s quite another thing when you have states like mine that pass laws demanding vehicles stop when pedestrians are standing on the corner....many of which do not have crosswalk markings. That is the state law in Wisconsin, but very few motorists heed it. Unless it’s by the cop shop. Imagine during rush hour on busy thoroughfares cars stopping (and creating traffic jams) for every pedestrian who wants to walk across an unmarked intersection.

Law Enforcement = Revenue Enhancement. Peace officers are enough to keep bad guys off the streets. But we don’t have many peace officers any more.
