1. In favor of governmental control of private industry
2. Supports centrally-controlled government-run healthcare industry
3. Benignly reacts with plausible deniability while voter intimidation and suppression takes place in plain sight
4. Surrounded by parrot-like, toadyish propaganda machine
Deaths by hypothermia of 26 mental patients at Cuban hospital provoked no comment from U.S. government (or MSM, or Fox News, or American Medical association)— an inconvenient truth.
Something tells me, however, that you could give him/her 20 examples and she/he still wouldn't be convinced.
Having said all that, here's one, straight from the horse's mouth:
"Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro on Thursday declared passage of American health care reform "a miracle" and a major victory for Obama's presidency, but couldn't help chide the United States for taking so long to enact what communist Cuba achieved decades ago." AP - 3/25/2010

If this ain’t enough for him, he can take a hike

Cuba, Chavez and Obama against Honduran constution
Ask your friend: “If 0bama were to wake up tomorrow morning and say to himself ‘I’ve gotten it all wrong ... from now on, it’s Socialism all the way!’, how would he behave differently?”.
What Chains Look Like
The passage of health insurance reform legislation represents a historic victory for the American people. America's families and businesses will not only get relief from skyrocketing health care costs but will now have more control over their health care. No longer will the insurance companies get the final say when it comes to rates and rights.

How about he is EXACTLY like Hugo Chavez, which IMO may be worse than Castro:
- Chavez has nationalized the auto industry - So Has Barack
- Chavez has nationalized banks - So Has Barack
- Chavez has nationalized the petrol industry - Barack is moving in that direction with Cap n Trade
- Chavez is in the process of nationalizing health clinics - So is Barack
And it can’t help things when a country like Cuba endorses and LOVES the new DEMCARE.
Attacks free speech threatening to use the FCC to silence his critics on radio. Threatening citizens with police state action.
Is consoliditing more power in the White House with Executive Orders - latest one his right to take over the internet in an “National Emergency”.
Calls his opponents “home grown terrorists.” Homeland Security sent out an MO on dangerous Americans: Vets, gun owners, constitutionalists, Christians...
Talks at the public non-stop in constant political harassment.
His party making public school kids sing dear leader songs in the classroom.
He incorporated his homeland troop design in the healthcare plan.
He acts like a rude and uncaring thug - to America’s democratic allies. He has allied himself with America’s enemies. He is disrespectful and thugish towards Republicans or towards business owners who speak out against his policies. This is a Republic - all voices should be heard gracefully and both parties should be involved in massive change like Obama has done to our country’s economic and social structure! America is not a one-party dictatorship; but Cuba is and since Obama came, America is too.
He has been complimented by Fidel and the communist party of the US for centralizing the banking, car and health care industries.
Corrupting elections with endless and selective recounts (i.e. Al Franken) until the Dems win, refuses to allow citizenship proof for voting, Acorn corruption.
Finally, he is best known by his long list of communist czars, supporters and friends. ie, Ayers, Wright, Dornan, Van Jones...
