I believe a lot of federal funding would go down the tubes if Obama was proven not to be eligible. The executive order Obama signed to provide “opportunities” for Pacific Islanders including Native Hawaiians totally depends on Obama being legit. If he’s not, that whole program goes bye-bye.

I actually believe that is the legal justification for Hawaii withholding records otherwise required to be disclosed. UIPA has a provision saying that if obeying UIPA would jeopardize federal funding UIPA can be ignored.

I think everybody in Hawaii’s government knows Obama was not born there. I told OIP Director Cathy Takase to her face (in writing. lol) that the Factcheck COLB has been acknowledged by the DOH as a forgery - and she STILL claimed that she had no evidence of forgery to report to law enforcement - and she’d have to decide whether to report forgery if the event ever came up.

They know it. They’re screwing with us all.

No federal funding is on the line because a new President Joe Biden would reaffirm every measure that Barack Obama had signed into law.
Neither the Factcheck COLB nor the Fight the Smears COLB are constitutionally relevant because they are merely photoshopped copies.
What IS relevant is the copy of Obama’s COLB that was sent from the Obama campaign to the St. Petersburg Times’ investigative unit, Politifact. That copy was then emailed to Janice Okubo of the DOH who confirmed it as “a valid Hawaii COLB.”

An “on the record” confirmation by a state government official could be challenged in court but thus far, it has not been challenged. It also opened the door for a subpoena, as I have been saying here.
Finally, have you read the Hawaii Department of Health’s FAQ on Obama’s birth records? It lays out their legal position on what can and cannot be released without Obama’s permission.
I favor the pursuit of a subpoena because it does not require Obama’s permission to release whatever records Hawaii has on Obama.

Janice Okubo talked about it looking like something bled through from the back of what Politifact sent her. Politifact sent her an electronic image. If the Factcheck image means nothing then neither does what Politifact sent because they never sent a real document. If they had sent a real document she could have just looked on the back herself.

It was deceptive of Politifact to make it appear that they sent her a real piece of paper, wasn’t it? Why do you think they did that?

If Obama was proved to be ineligible Biden would only hold the position of president temporarily. Whether he would be able to issue presidential orders I don’t know, but I think the nation would be pretty upset if he reissued Obama’s bribe offer.

Hawaii law says that endorsing or “inviting the public to trust” a document known to be a forgery is the crime of forgery and/or perjury. Just because Obama’s forgery was posted online doesn’t mean it doesn’t invite the public to trust a forgery, and in fact Obama’s own lawyers said in a legal footnote that Obama himself had produced a legal document - and referenced the Factcheck page with the COLB. So Obama’s lawyers DEFINITELY invited not only the public but also a federal judge to trust a document they knew was fraudulent.
