We are going the other way in Australia. Brisbane just became the last major city to have flourinated water in December, 2008 and now all major cities in Australia have flourinated water.

Brisbane had 10 times more tooth decay than the rest of Australia and it was getting so bad, that they gave up and also went to fluroinated water.
