What are you talking about? Your the one who said ‘black section’. If you cant see beyond color, that’s your own problem.
First off, Kilroy, learn to use proper grammar. The word is "you're," as in "you are," not "your." Second, there's an apostrophe in the contraction "can't," unless you meant a salient angle.
Secondly, fine. You don't like describing a district as "black." Would you prefer "primarily African-American?" "Persons of Other than European or Asian descent?" Happy now? Great, because it doesn't change the facts.
If the best you can do is quibble over the difference between "black" and "African-American," it's simply not good enough.
The district was created by delineating between black and white neighborhoods. The “black sections” were joined together to create the black district.
The poster’s description is correct. If it offends your politically correct sensibilities, then get over it. I see no overt or covert racism in his description.
