As a gesture to all of the traitors that screwed over the United States of America last night, I propose the following:

Place a piece of bread in your toaster. "Cook" it until it is charred black. Place charred toast in a suitable envelope. Mail said envelope to your representative in DC.

They'll get the message.....

It will end up in the trash long before it ever gets to them. All mail (including UPS and FEDEX) go through a mail sorting and screening facility in Virginia.

Gather as many friends, family etc.
write as many checks as you can to their opponents. Copy checks(black out account info) and take to you local congresscritter’s office. It is all they understand.

Oh, I’m doing that too. I just wrote a big check to Mike Fitzpatrick. Patrick Murphy is going to get clobbered over this vote. Fitzpatrick held a town hall meeting on Friday night and over 300 people showed up. Murphy has yet to have an open town hall meeting on this bill. Instead he met with a bunch of Obama organizers yesterday for a cheerleading session before going to DC to vote. Yet this clown STILL claims to be a Blue Dog! We’re not letting him get away with that this year.

No...shouldn't do that.The RAT leadership will think of some way to prosecute you under some terrorism law.I think a better way to do it is to call the DC office of every RAT who's up this November (House *and* Senate) and ask them for the website of their primary opponents and Republican opponent so you can send them money and work for them.That would be a hoot....and it would get the message across loud and clear.

Why would you do something so disrespectful?? The staffers are not whom you should direct your frustrations toward. For the most part these are energetic young Americans that are being paid very poorly to take crap (like this) from a lot of people (like yourself). Regardless of political affiliation DC staffers gave this past weekend in service of their countrymen; you should be thankful that their are people on both sides of the Isle willing to do just that. Their bosses (the American People) arent paying OT. Showing compassion was what this bill was all about; why dont you try starting there...
