Enough is ENOUGH. Hussein may sign over the whole country to socialism, but we do not recognise his right to do so. The Constitution of the United States of America recognises that the President can sign a bill into law, but the Constitution does not recognise BHO as President.
Until Hussein produces his long-form birth certificate, this law is NULL AND VOID. Until he does so, I will be refusing to pay Federal income tax. Any consequences that Obama's administration try to stick me with will be an own-goal; they will give me "standing" to demand that he produce his long-form birth certificate and I will have my day in court.
I will stand in solidarity with any Freeper brothers who will pledge do the same. Paying tax towards this monstrosity is the same as rolling over and playing dead.

But I need to ask, unless you are self employed and are willing and able to take your business completely underground and off the books, how are you going to get around the IRS income confiscation that the vast majority of regular employees are subject to?
This *thing* called health care in unconstitutional from the get go. As it penalizes every American from the moment they are born by Legislation. And that is a Bill of Attainder(1), and is 100% unconstitutional
So use that as an argument and for the reason not to buckle to the IRS and their 'health insurance fines'. Not any BC rant, or if his daddy was an English subject. That'll get you nowhere. (IMHO)

I am indeed self-employed. I probably could go off the books if I wanted to (while still remaining just about profitable), but in this case that’s not the point.
I _intend_ to get discovered and taken to court, where I will do my duty as a patriot. I have enough assets to fund a court fight quite some distance, until Hussein has no choice but to hand over his documents.

Or, alternatively, they’ll just seize your assets to satisfy any unpaid taxes.
Blow off steam if you must, but all this talk of “revolution” and not paying taxes will do nothing helpful.
Let the law of unintended consequences take it’s toll, keep the light of day on the truth, and send the GOP political leadership packing.
Only then can we gain the political power back to fix this abomination.

Unfunded government spending is either paid for by higher taxes as you suggest, selling treasury bonds (and those days are over) or inflation which “taxes” savings, the elderly living on retirement savings specifically.
Ironic the Baby Boomers that brought in this Socialism starting in the 1960s may be forced to admit they were wrong through the poverty of their “golden years”.

You will be accused of violating an existing law on the books long before Obama took office (i.e., Federal Tax Law). That doesn't have anything to do with your professed concerns over Obama’s eligibility and gives you no standing vis-a-vis that issue. If you get caught by the IRS doing this, you will simply have caused yourself a great deal of trouble to no purpose.
