>> The real reason why this Health Care proposal is being fought so hard for despite the obvious anger it generates amongst a majority of Americans is the layer-upon-layer of big government control over every aspect of our daily lives that this legislation would grant to the government. The communistic Nanny State intrusion into our kitchens, our refrigerators, our cupboards and pantries, our doctors offices, and the rights it grants to the government to not only monitor our daily habits, but also to dictate them and penalize us for non-compliance, is staggering. >> And in all of the discussions and debates and reports over the weeks and months [...] nobody mentions this most crucial, most devastating aspect of what is now within a hairs-breadth of becoming the Law Of The Land.
The only thing you’re wrong about is that nobody’s mentioned this. This has been the primary ongoing objection of many, if not most, conservative broadcasters — including Rush himself.

Where we do not hear it is on the television news, or from our elected representatives. It is this ignoring of it that gives O'Bunga his free pass.
Most of America does not watch Beck or listen to Limbaugh. If they did, those audiences would be in the hundreds-of-millions, and they are not. Most America get their news at 5-6:00PM and 11:00PM. It goes unmentioned.
When only those easily and often labeled "extremist idealogues" and "partisan nutjobs" are where you can hear these things mentioned, most Americans never hear them mentioned. And that's the only reason why there won't be 20-million people marching on D.C. this Sunday. And that's a crime.

Should have read:
"And in all of the televised discussions and debates and reports over the weeks and months..."
