Report: Sandra Bullock Pulls Out of London Premiere Due to Marital Problems

Less than two weeks after taking home the best actress Oscar for her role in "The Blind Side," Sandra Bullock pulled out of the film's London premiere amid tabloid reports that she is having marital troubles with husband Jesse James, according to People magazine.

In a statement released to People, Bullock wrote, "Due to unforeseen personal reasons, a trip abroad to support 'The Blindside' has been deemed impossible at this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your continued support of the film."

According to an article in In Touch magazine, a model who had hoped to work for James' company, West Coast Choppers, alleges that she had an affair with James, much of which occurred while Bullock, 45, was filming "The Blind Side."

James, 40, was visibly emotional during Bullock's Oscar speech, wiping away tears and later telling the press how "proud" he was of his wife.

The rumors of infidelity come just a few months after James won his custody battle with his porn star ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder.

Bullock, the perpetual girl-next-door actress famous for films including "The Proposal" and "Miss Congeniality," has been helping her husband raise Sunny since January, when Lindemulder was in prison for tax evasion.

Bullock? Dumber than dirt.

Many nice women seem to have to have a "bad boy" as their significant other or husband. They have to feel naughty in their somehow "verbotin" relationship.( My daddy would not like my husband.)

Unfortunately Bullock will have to suffer along with the other millions of women who labor under the same form of self delusion.

I don’t get the trend of these women marrying much younger guys. He’s a male gold digger.

There's on ly 5 yrs difference - and he is hardly penniless! He's built a multimillion dollar business.

But their 'person problems' may be from their ongoing battle with ex-wife - per wikipedia

In October 2009, James' ex-wife adult film star/producer Janine Lindemulder, who had been jailed for six months for tax evasion, sought to regain custody of her then five-year-old daughter with James, Sunny, after James had been granted sole guardianship of her. James sought to retain full guardianship, citing fear of the environment in which his daughter would be placed if returned to Lindemulder. In December, James won custody with Lindemulder being given weekly visitation rights during the daytime.

i sensed something was amiss during her thank you speech at the Oscars. Usually a partner is thanked clearly, specifically, and heart fully—either as in all or just one of these—I had to have other people tell me she thanked him and I still couldn’t see it. She had a long list and where ever he turned up sure was not clear. Now I know why. He clearly was not high on her priority list and if this is true we can see why.

My bet is he was shedding tears because he knew he kissed the money and fame goodbye. He is just threads on her dress and he knows it.

She thank him via her 'mom' speech. Not the traditional thank you, but she did.
Did I really earn this or did I just wear you all down? I would like to thank the Academy for allowing me in the last month to have the most incredible ride with rooms full of artists that I see tonight and that I’ve worked with before and I hope to work with in the future, who inspire me and blaze trails for us.   best actor winner 2010, sandra bullock, best actress, best actress winner, best supporting actress winner 2010 sandra bullock, sandra bullock acceptance speech, sandra bullock oscar, sandra bullock acceptance speech oscar, sandra bullock acceptance speech oscars oscar winners 2009 list, oscar winners 2010, oscar winners 2009, oscars 2010, oscar result 2010

Four of them that I’ve fallen deeply in love with I share this night with and I share this award with: Gabby, I love you so much. You are exquisite. You are beyond words to me.

Carey, your grace and your elegance and your beauty and your talent makes me sick.

Helen, I feel like we are family through family and I don’t have the words to express just what I think of you. And Meryl, you know what I think of you and you are such a good kisser.

I have so many people to thank for my good fortune in this lifetime and this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I know.

To the family that allowed me to play them, the Tuohy family, I know they’re in here and you’ll probably hear her in a minute. Maybe not. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to… the family that made this film that gave me the opportunity to do something different.

John Lee Hancock, Gil Netter, Alcon, Warner Bros., the actors, everyone who’s shown me kindness when it wasn’t fashionable, I thank you.

To everyone who was mean to me when it wasn’t… George Clooney threw me in a pool years ago. I’m still holding a grudge. But there’s so many people to thank.

Not enough time, so I would like to thank what this film is about for me which are the moms that take care of the babies and the children no matter where they come from. Those moms and parents never get thanked.

I, in particular, failed to thank one. So… if I can take this moment to thank Helga B. for not letting me ride in cars with boys until I was 18 because she was right. I would’ve done what she said I was gonna do. For making me practice every day when I got home. Piano, ballet, whatever it is I wanted to be.

She said to be an artist, you had to practice every day, and for reminding her daughters that there’s no race, no religion, no class system, no color, nothing, no sexual orientation that makes us better than anyone else. We are all deserving of love.

So, to that trailblazer, who allowed me to have that [Sandra nods to husband Jesse James in the audience]. And this. And this.

I thank you so much for this opportunity that I share with these extraordinary women and my lover Meryl Streep. Thank you.”

Jesse.

You are a jerk hoss.

You need your ass kicked and take that tough Lakewood-Long Beach white boy act home with you.

You seem to prefer skanky sluts to a fine Texas woman.

Enjoy then, bitch.

Damn shame.

No, unfortunately. Money just gives one more choices, which, more often than not, leads to more misery. Only God leads to happiness. I speak from experience.

I think you’re right, but Sandra does have brains: she graduated with a bachelor’s in computer science from UCB (I think). The problem I guess is Hollyweird culture. Sandra was never a “stunning” beauty aka Angelina Jolie. Male movie-goers liked her because she was the girl-next-door type. Now add studio Gay Hollyweirdos telling her “Oh girl! You need to take a little weight off the hip. You need to walk like this. You need a nose job.” And you can see what it would do to self-esteem.

She started out as a nerdy, computer geek, “nice” girl and now all the bad-boys and boy-toys in Tinseltown are paying attention to her (and her money). It would be easy for her to lose her way. Happens to men as well (Tiger Woods).

Back when Arsenio Hall had his own talk show, he joked how the constant attention and pressure can make one’s moral walls crumble over time.

No matter how beautiful the woman is, some man is tired of hitting on it.

Some men are just plain selfish.

It has been foretold...

Are the Oscars’ Leading Ladies Cursed?

2009 Sandra Bullock

Bullock, who picked up her award for her role in The Blind Side, has been married to the bespoke motorcycle builder Jesse James since 2005. All we can say, Jesse, is keep your fingers crossed . . .

Women want “bad boys” and then whine when the “bad boy” acts “badly”.

Five years is “much younger”?

And I think the guy does good business making custom bikes. Not defending him, I don’t like the guy.

I could be wrong and I rarely get into celebrity assumptions but Bullock just seems geuine and wanting love.

Were I single and her willing, she would deserve to wake up every morning with her toe joints aching from the night before.

Most of those Hollywood dames seem so vapid but she doesn’t.

Taint right.

Too many decent women in this world got shlit men.

and I liked Jesse...he’s a Social D man much like me.
